CECA Asia has negotiated the purchase of an already operating Hotel & Casino complex in South East Asia, currently operating approximately 200 slot machines and 60 live tables together with 200 hotel rooms. CECA Asia's intention is to immediately refurbish and operate this Hotel and Casino complex. In addition to significant cosmetic improvements we will be increasing live tables to 70 and operating 250 top-of-the-range slot machines. Negotiations for the development of further casinos in the region are currently ongoing.
